Vertical Load

  1. This example covers the characteristic strength and load capacity of a brick wall and a block wall. Solution Example 1 .

  3. This example looks at an eccentric load on the lower storey of a four storey building. Solution Example 3.
  4. This example looks at an internal loadbearing wall constructed with Group 1 and Group 2 units. Solution Example 4.
